- Prepare 1 (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
- Take 3/4 cup salsa
- Get 1 cup Shredded monterrey jack cheese
- Prepare 10 fresh cilantro leaves
- Take 1/2 cup guacamole
- Prepare 1/4 cup sour cream
To make the spider web garnish, stir the sour cream and lime juice together in a small bowl. Place it into one end of a plastic bag, and snip a small hoe in the corner of the bag. Pipe the sour cream mixture onto the dip in the shape of a spider web. Place the plastic spider on top.
Instructions to make Spider Web Dip:
- Place cream cheese, salsa, and cilantro in food processor, blend until smooth. Add shredded cheese, pulse a few times.
- Spread onto pie plate. Spread guacamole on top of that. Put sour cream in zip top bag, cut of tiny corner. Pipe sour cream in spiral shape over guacamole. Run tip of knife from center to edges to make a web. Serve with tortilla chips.
Place the remaining sour cream into a pastry bag and draw a spider web on top of the dip. To make an olive spider, slice one large olive in half, length wise. Place an olive half down on top of the dip. Refried black beans, pinto beans and fresh salsa form the bottom layer. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips for dipping.
