I have it with my food especially coz not everyone likes chilli in our house. In a hot pan add in just enough oil. First brown the garlic and ginger paste then pour in the ketchup/tomato sauce. Leave to simmer until the the sauce thickens and gets to a boiling point.

- Chop the stalk off the chillies. Wash and boil them for five minutes on medium heat.
- Wash and finely chop the onion garlic and ginger On a pan, fry the three till evenly cooked. Add in chopped green pepper and cook for five minutes
- Place the boiled chillies and the onion mixtures into a blender and puree. If you have a food processor it'll be even better.
- Transfer the contents back into a cooking pan and simmer in low heat for about 15 minutes until thick consistency is achieved.
- Add in the spices, sugar and soy sauce and let the mixture cook for another five minutes
- Finely chop coriander and let it simmer for less than five minutes.
- Transfer the sauce into a container and let its done. Keep in a fridge to avoid spoilage
