  1. Take a Container add Oats,Curd, Chickpea flour and mix well after that add all the Masalas Garam Masala,Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Cumin seeds and All the Veggies Onions, Tomatoes, Capcicum, Carrot, Coriander leaves,mix well and Make a thick batter. And Rest for 15 min.
  2. After 15 min take a Tawa or Pan heat on medium flame grease with oil put the batter into it and cook oats chilla till the golden brown texture.cook the chilla both side and serve it hot with any Chutney or Sauce.
  3. For Green Chutney: take a jar add Green fresh Coriander, Mint leaves, Dry Coconut powder, lemon juice mix well and grind it well and Make a smooth paste after grinding chutney add salt to taste. Green Chutney is Ready to seve with oats chilla.
