  3. Now take a small portion from dough and roll into thin circles. Place the filling and close the four edges. You can make your own shapes like gujiya or modak one's too.
  4. Place it in a steamer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Take out and serve along with spicy red chutney😋
  5. For fried momos, deep fry the steamed momos in hot oil. The momos should be cooled before deep frying.
  6. Ready to serve.
