The dish is popular throughout the Chinese diaspora and appears on the menus of most Chinese restaurants abroad.   1. Get 1 cup Chowmin
  2. Take 3 tsp oil

It's made of noodles, vegetables, protein such as chicken, shrimp, beef or pork. The ingredients are stir-fried with cooking oil, garlic and seasonings of soy sauce and oyster sauce in a wok. Chow mein is a stir-fry noodle dish that is made in many different variations. Traditional chow mein is made with fried noodles but often chow mein is prepared with boiled lo mine, chow mein, or yaki-soba noodles.

Instructions to make Chowmin:
  1. Boil the water by adding some cooking oil. Boil the noodles.Rinse with cold water, Add some more oil so that the noddles does not stick
  2. Heat oil in Kadai add chopped ginger and chopped garlic and fry for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds add onion sliced.
  3. Add shredded cabbage and cook for 2 mins in highflame. Now add 1 tsp of soysauce, Add 1/2 tsp of venegar.
  4. Add 2-3 tsp of green chilli sauce, Add 1/2 tsp of Ajinomoto. Add Chings noddles Masala 1 tsp.
  5. Add 1/2 Red chilli powder, Add salt per taste and mix well. Now add noddles and mix well.Serve it.
