  1. Take a bowl add all grated vegetable,mix it. Add maina and cornflour and make a dough, now add salt, soya sauce, bit of red chilli and mix it well
  2. Griss your hand with little oil now take a mixture and make it round shape or make it like little boll
  3. Now heat the pan pour oil in it when oil heated,fry our manchurian boll,in medium to high flat when it proper fry by all side,keep it aside
  4. Now take another pan, pour 1tesp of oil,now add green chilli, grated ginger and chopped garlic,saute for 30 sec, now add our diced veggie like onion and calcium saute for 30 sec more, now add little water, and all sauce like chilli,tomato and soya,mix it well
  5. Now take a bowl add 1 tbsp of maida or cornflour for thicken our manchurian gravy, add water and make a lambs free battle,add this liquid into manchurian gravy
  6. Now add manchurian boll into gravy and add little vinegar and mix it all together for 2min
  7. Our manchurian is ready
  8. Now take a pan add water and salt when it boiling now add packet of maggi, and cooked it for 4,5 min our maggi is rdy
  9. Time to serve, take a plate or bowl place cooked maggi into it and pour our gravy manchurian on top,now try to eat😃
