Afterward at last when you are going to cook add Eno fruit salt with 1 Spoon Oil mix well. Then keep the Kadhai on flame Grease with 2 Spoons Oil then put Mung bean Paste Over it near about 2 Bowl full.
  3. After 1 to 2 min Sprinkle Some Chilli Flakes, Green fresh Coriander, Sesame Seeds Cover the lid and cook for 5 to 7 min on medium flame after that Change the side and cook 5 to 7 min on another side.
  4. Now again change the side and scratch with the help of spatula and fill the butter into it and cook for 5 to 7 min to become crispy. Afterwards serve it hot to the Plate with any chutney or sauce it's delicious and healthy salty recipe crispy outside soft inside.
