Instructions to make Dry manchurian:
- For Manchurian balls: Take grated cabbage in bowl add chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix it well.
- Add corn flour and maida into it. Mix it well and make it look like a dough.Now make balls from that.
- Fry balls until it becomes golden. Now keep them aside.
- For gravy:- Take pan add oil, heat it now add chopped garlic cloves saute it,Add onions saute it till it becomes golden. Now add capcicum & carrots into it. Saute it till it becomes softs and leaves the pan.
- Add black pepper, salt, chilli sauce, (both red & green) tomato sauce, soya sauce & vinegar mix it well.cook it for 1 minute saute all for 1 minute.
- Corn flour slurry:Take 1 tbsp corn flour & 1 tsp water mix it well.
- Now add water & mix it well. After that add corn flour slurry and mix it well. It becomes thicken now.
- Add manchurian balls & give it a good mix. Now it's ready to eat.
