  17. Make ready 1 pinch hing
  18. Get 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  19. Make ready 1/2 salt
  20. Prepare 1/2 lemon juice
  21. Take 4 spoon Ghee

Steps to make Upma:
  1. Sabse pehle hum ek kadai mein 2 Spoon ghee daal kar chana daal or urad daal ko low flame par fry krenge than Suji mix kar ke bhunege.
  2. Than Suji nikal kar kadai mein 2 Spoon ghee daal kar usme mustard seeds, hing, Curry patta daal kar peanuts or Cashew nut ko fry krenge. An usme ginger, chilli and onion ko halka sa fry kre phir Baki bachi vegetables daal kar 4-5 minute ke liye low flame par bhunege.
  3. Jan sabjiya acche se bhun Jaye to usme 3 bowl water daal kar usme salt and black pepper powder daal kar ek boil aane denge. Jab sabjiyo mein ek boil a Jaye to usme Suji mix kar ke jaldi jaldi chalayege taki usme lumbs and pde.Gas low flame par hi rakhenge. Ab usme Halke si Pani se cheete lgayege or 2-3 minute ke liye lid dhak kar pakayenge. At last usme lemon juice or 1 tbsp ghee daal kar mix karein.Than coriander leaves se garnish karein….
