- Combine 2tbs warm milk sugar yeast in a bowl and keep aside for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes combine all the ingredients and yeast mixture mix well and form soft dough. Cover with lid and keep aside for 1 or 2 hours. The dough has risen and doubled in size.
- Once the dough double grease your hands with butter or ghee and punch and knead the dough smoothly now sprinkle some flour and spread out the dough to thick sheet use round lid and cut into circles use smaller lid to make hole inside the disc
- Heat oil in wok and fry Donuts until they become golden from both sides drain over paper napkin and garnish with chocolate and serve
- For chocolate garnishing melt 100gm chocolate on double boiler and add 1/2 tsp butter or ghee mix it well
