- Take a bowl,sprinkle,oil,& keep dough wraps with clean wraps.
- Keep it for proofing 1 an hrs.
- After proofing take it out & roll it 2 centimeters thick.
- Cut it with the help of donut cutter.
- Keep it again 20 mins for proofing in a donut baking tray. here I am showing you donut baking tray.
- After 20 mins keep it in the preheated oven at 160 c for 15 to 20 mins.
- Then take it out,de mould it,keep it in the cooling rack for 1 hrs.
- Then decorate it with colourful ganach chocolate & whipping cream.
- We can cut donuts in 2 parts in fill it with whipped cream.
- Here I baked it,but it can be fried.
