Instructions to make Veg upma:
  1. Roast semolina in pan on low flame for 5 minutes. Remove from pan,keep aside. Keep other ingredients ready.
  2. In the same heat, ghee add chana dal saute for 10 sec add urad dal saute for 10 sec, now add mustard seed then add cumin when splutter add curry leaves.
  3. Now add cashews,saute for half minute then add chilli, carrot, capsicum, peas saute for 1 minute.
  4. Now add warm water & salt, boil it for 5 minutes. Add semolina slowly and stir continuosly (take care lumps are not formed). Mix well, relish with tea.

We are making it healthier by adding veggies in it as the name suggests. It is an all time favourite snack because of its convenience in making and it tastes just awesome.
