Season the pork with the Creole seasoning. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove the pork from the skillet. Add the remaining oil to the skillet and heat over medium heat.

Instructions to make Creole Pork:
  1. Mix the Paprika, Bell Pepper Powder and Turmeric.
  2. Add White Vinegar and Canola Oil and mix well.
  3. Wash the Pork Belly cut with plenty of water and place it on a tray. Add Dalt and Black Pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mix over the pork cut. Make sure it covers all.
  5. Grill the Pork Belly at medium heat for 30 min on each side.
  6. Cut it, serve it and enjoy!

Rub seasoning over the outside of the roast. Didn't have creole seasoning - made some from "Creole Seasoning Blend" on this site. Didn't change a thing except to stuff and rub the roast with the seasoning and wrap it in clear wrap for three hrs. before cooking.
