- Take 3 cups cabbage shredded

- Make ready 1 tsp Salt
- Prepare 1 tsp Oil
- Prepare 2 tsp Cornflour
- Get 1/2 cups Water
- Get For Maida slurry (maida 2 tbsp with 1/4 cup of water)
- Take as required Oil to deep fry
Make sure that the spring roll wrappers are at room temperature before using them. with your fingertips, apply the sealing paste on the edges of the wrapper. Make the spring rolls: In a large skillet or wok over medium-high. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve with plum sauce , hot mustard , or sweet-and-sour sauce.
Steps to make Veg spring rolls:
- Preparation for veg spring roll: Add oil to a hot pan and saute spring onion whites. Add all the veggies except onion greens. Fry on a high flame until half done yet crunchy.
- Add soya sauce and vinegar. Mix well. Add green onion and very little salt. Mix and add noodles and fry for a minute. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Cool this completely.
- Spring roll preparation:mix all the ingredients of sheet section and form a soft dough. Wrap the dough with wet cloth. And allow it to rest for 20 minutes
- Take a small portion and roll a thin sheet over a rolling pin about 13 cm in diameter
- Heat tawa and place the sheet on it on a very low flame. Flip and remove the sheet. Within 1min.repeat the process. Meanwhile, cover all the sheet to maintain the moisture.
- Take one wrapper/sheet. Spread a teaspoon full of the stuff. Roll one edge towards the inner side covering the stuffing. Bring the sides to center. Dampen the leftover edge with slurry to seal the rolls. Keep them covered otherwise, they will dry up.
- Heat oil until hot enough. To check drop a small piece of sheet in the oil. If the oil is hot enough it rise in the oil without rowing. Add the rolls in the oil. Stirring evenly until golden. Remove them on the kitchen towel.
- Serve hot veg spring roll with ketchup.
