  4. Please note brown rice needs to cook longer. Pressure cook at High Pressure for 15 minutes, and Natural Release for 5 minutes, then Quick Release (turn Venting Knob to Venting position). Open carefully.

Note that the water amounts are. This instant pot enchilada rice might be my new favorite Instant Pot meal! You guys it's so good and also so easy. I do like it but it's not something that I order every time I go to a Mexican place. The reason is that they almost always way too cheesy for my liking.
