Making Nasi Goreng / Indonesian Fried Rice This one goes out to Janey.   5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chili paste, and chicken stock, stir well, and let it cooked until the rice absorbs the sauce and the moisture has cooked out.
  6. The last, stir in spring onion as garnish.

My hubby's maternal side of the family are dutch.however they spent a good deal of time in Indonesia. Whole almonds add beneficial monounsaturated fats to this version of Indonesian-style fried rice, made more healthful by the use of brown rice instead of white.
