  1. Make ready 2 ripe mangoes
  2. Prepare 200 gms fresh cream
  3. Take 200 gms condensed milk

  6. Get 4-5 drops mango essence
Instructions to make Mango Ice-Cream:
  1. Peel mangoes and cut into slices. Separate the seed from the slices.
  2. Now in a mixer grinder make a paste of those mango slices. When the pulp is ready transfer it in a mixing bowl.
  3. Now into the mango pulp add fresh cream, condensed milk, powdered sugar and beat it well with the help of a whisker.
  4. When the mixture becomes fluffy now add mango essence and with the help of a spatula mix it well.
  5. Now transfer it into a food-grade container or ice-cream mould and garnish tutty Frutti on the top and keep it in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hrs or for best result overnight.
  6. After giving proper time to settle down then serve it. Delicious homemade mango Ice-Cream is ready. My garden mangoes were very sweet so I have added less sugar and natural colour is very nice so I have not added any artificial food colour. If colour and sweetness required you all can add artificial food colour and more sugar.
