  1. Take a medium size pan, pour oil in it, add mustard seed in the oil for 2 seconds then add chopped onion,carrot,capsicum,peas chopped green chilli and salt.Cover the pan with lid and cooked 8-10 minutes.
  2. When vegetables are cooked, add the rice to the veggie mixture. Pour the soy sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated thoroughly and mixed.
  3. It's ready to eat
