  1. PreHeat Oven to 500°
  2. Wash potatoes and slice into 1/2 an inch slices
  3. place each slice down on a baking pan, Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle all seasoning (whatever amount your tastebuds desire) onto each slice.
  4. once seasoned, flip all slices over to the other slide and repeat the process. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning.
  5. Place in oven for 12 minutes, remove and flip over each slice and bake for an additional 7 minutes. Remove and enjoy :)
