- In pan heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add ginger, garlic,3green chillies and shallots. saute till shallots change their colour into pink now add turmeric powder and saute till they turn brown in colour
- In the meantime add salt to the curd and beat it well with a spoon.
- Add water and let it come to a boil and swicth off the flame.let it sit for 1minute.after a minute add the beaten curd, sprig of curry leaf, slit green chilli and stir well
- Note : don't heat it after adding curd….
- Best served with rice
