  2. Peel cucumber,chop each into 3 or 4 pieces,depense on what size you have,hollow the seeds out by use the tip of coffee spoon ,set aside
  3. Crush garlic,pepper,coriander roots,add in pork , soya sauce ,mix well
  4. Stuff cucumber,drop to soup pot ,let it simmer about 10mins,add egg tofu ,simmer more 5 mins until cucumber soft ,add chopped spring onion,cilantro ,serve hot :)
