  19. Make ready As required Mayonnaise
Instructions to make Ramen Burger:
  1. Firstly make the patties.
  2. For parties soak soya granules in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  3. In a mixture jar blend Soya after squeezing the water, add green chilli and ginger.
  4. Take out in a bowl add salt red chilli powder dry màngo powder and bread crumbs make patties and shallow fry them from both the sides till golden brown take out them on a paper napkin and keep it aside.
  5. For burger cook hakka noodles in boiling hot water by adding salt for 10/15 minutes.
  6. Drain them in a sieve sprinkle some oil and with the folk lift them two three times so it should not stick.
  7. Whisk two eggs in separate bowl add salt and black pepper.
  8. Mix this to noodles.
  9. In a nonstick pan add one tsp oil put cookie cutter or ring mold pour noodles about 1/2 inch of thickness on low flame after few minutes take out the ring and flip it to other side too when become golden brown take it out and assemble it.
  10. Firstly apply mayonnaise on one ramen noodles burger than put cabbage soaked and wiped in chilled water.
  11. Then put Pattie on it onion ring than tomato slice than cheese slice.
  12. Spread tomato ketchup in side the other ramen noodle burger put it on the cheese place with tooth pick and serve with tomato ketchup.
  13. If you don't like hard cryspy fry it less if you don't have ring mold then grease same shape of metal bowl or glass pour noodles in it and press with fingers or spoon than up side down on the hot pan to make ramen noodles burger.
