- Immediately add rest of the milk and milk masala mixture continuously stir it for 1 minute. Then add mushroom fry cover and cook for 3 minutes, sprinkle kasuri methi leaves, decorate with grated paneer and coriander leaves. Serve hot with Paratha or rice.
