- Add oil in the pan, add khada masala, Onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic, garam masala, haldi, mirchi cook well & then let it cool.
- Grind that kanda tamatar masala in mixer
- Saute the mushrooms and then add palak pure and kanda tomato masala. Mix well and let it cook.
