Here is the delicious regular meal curry.non vegetarians . Marinate the chicken with yoghurt, kachri powder and salt. Mix together the chicken, garlic paste, red chilli powder and oil. Once the ground masala is ready, in a dekchi heat two spoons of cooking oil and fry a sliced onion until golden brown.
Steps to make Dekchi Mutton Curry:
- Marinate the mutton with the mentioned ingredients. Let it rest for 30 min.
- Heat oil in dekchi.
- Add whole spices to the oil and stir it for 1-2 min.
- Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, spices and marinated mutton. Cook for 15 min on medium flame.
- Add water, cover the dekchi and let it simmer for 20 min.
- Add water to achieve required consistency of the gravy.
- Garnish and serve with rice and salad.
