- Take 2 pizza bases (small size, store bought)
- Get 200 gm button mushrooms
- Make ready 2 medium size onions

- Prepare 1-2 tbsp oil
- Get 1 tsp Dried italian herbs/ oregano mix

This pizza contains mushroom, tender roasted garlic, and mint. The key to a fantastic mushroom pizza is cooking the mushrooms before putting them on the pizza. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Vegetarian simplicity at its best with this quick and easy to make mushroom pizza.
Instructions to make Mushroom Pizza:
- Finely chop the mushrooms, 1 onion and garlic, and keep aside.
- Cut the capsicum and 1 onion in julienne cut. We will use this raw onion and capsicum for topping.
- Heat a pan, add oil. Once hot add in garlic and onion. Follow up with mushrooms. Cover and let it cook. The mushrooms will release water as they cook. Once the mix starts to simmer, add salt and pepper. Cook further for 3-5 mins and take the mushroom mix off the flame. Let it cool.
- Take a pizza base, put about 2 TBSP of ketchup. As a pinch of pepper, salt and dried herbs to the ketchup. Spread this sauce across the base using a spoon.
- Next spread the mushroom and onion mix. Layer with raw onion and capsicum. Grate the cheese and add chilli flakes/ dried herbs if desired.
- Take a tawa and let it heat on low flame. Without adding any oil, keep the prepped pizza base on it and cover with a lid. It should take about 4-5 mins for the cheese to melt and the pizza base to develop a crunch.
- Cut into pieces and serve!
