- Take finely chopped carrot, boiled

- Heat oil. Saute bay leaf,cloves, cardamom, cumin seeds and cinnamon powder.
- Add chopped garlic and grated ginger saute,till rawness goes.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric,chilli powder, salt and crushed black pepper. Saute till aroma come out.
- Cool down and sieve on a stainer. Collect the masala tomato pulp in a sauce pan. Add 2 cups of water, boiled carrot, peas and boil for 10 minutes.
