  2. Take tomatoes thinly sliced

Instructions to make Tomato Rice:
  1. Take oil in Cooker add jeera, chana dal, dry red chillies, cinnamon roast it for a while add onions, green chillies and ginger paste and cook for a while.
  2. Now add all masalas, add tomatoes and let it cook till it turns soft. Add soaked rice and add 3 cups water and cook for 1 whistle. Serve with boondi raita and Papad.
  3. Tip. Water proportion should be precise 1.5 cup rice requires 3 cups water.Otherwise it will turn soggy
