When cooked the moong beans go all mushy so the overall consistency is more of a Dahl, lusciously creamy. Green moong curry is a very easy and simple recipe. It tastes just awesome and can be a good alternative to your regular curry or amti. it is a good recipe for bachelors to have with ladi lav or slice bread.
Instructions to make Moong Curry:
- Take a pan add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard let it crackle. Add curry leaves, onion and ginger garlic paste.
- Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt. Let it cook for some time.
- Add boiled Moong in that. Add 1/2 glass water. Let it cook for some time on low flame. Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
