Instructions to make Tomato rice:
- Soaked the rice for 1 hour. Make a fresh tomato juice from all the tomatoes and keep it handy.

- Then add chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Then add the tomato paste and the onion paste and fry for another 10 minutes in medium flame.
- Now add the rice and water. Water quantity should be equal with rice. 1 bowl rice and 1 bowl water. Mix all and close the lid. Give 1 whistle to the cooker and the rice is ready.
