  5. Place parchment paper round in bottom of clean proofing bowl, cover and let proof for 1-3 hours until dough does not spring back upon touch.
  6. Preheat oven to 450°F with Dutch oven inside for half hour.
  7. Score top of dough with razor or very sharp knife, be quick and deliberate.
  8. Carefully pick up parchment paper and place in hot Dutch oven, spray a mist of water around oven and cover with lid.
  9. Bake 20-25 minutes covered and 5-10 minutes uncovered until desired color is reached, bread should be at least 105°F internally.

No knead bread is made with flour, yeast, water and salt, and does not require any kneading of the dough at all. You simply mix the dough quickly, cover, and let rest overnight.
