Instructions to make Arbi curry:
  1. Take arbi peel and wash them well.heat a pressure cooker add oil heat it.then add arbi and fry them for 4-5 minutes.then transfer in a plate.
  2. In the same oil add whole spices,saute then add chopped onion saute untill it turns golden brown.then add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste.saute few minutes.add powder spices mix well add little water and cook untill the oil released.
  3. Now add fry arbi in it and add 1 cup water.mix well.cover and pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.release the pressure naturally.garnish with Coriander leaves serve with roti or rice.
