- Pre-heat oven at 350 F(180 degree C)
- Separate egg white and yolk and set that aside

- In a cup mix together evaporated milk, milk and condensed milk. Mix it very well using a whisk or fork (make sure it is mixed very well). Set that aside.
- Make whipping cream with heavy cream and sugar. (you can add vanilla essence to this if you like. I don't like to add because my vanilla is dark in color and so it spoil the icing.
