Cover it and give round shape, press lightly to give cookie shape. Add some choco chips on top of it. Repeat the same process to prepare remaining 5 cookies. Place the cookies on baking plate or tray which can be fit inside the kadai.
- Take a deep bottomed kadai, add little salt at the bottom, now keep a steal stand of 1 inch height. Cover the kadai with lid. Keep on high flame for 5-8 minutes. Now remove the lid, place the baking plate or tray. Cover it and keep on medium flame for 15-18 minutes, meanwhile check it in every 5-6 minutes. After 18 minutes. Switch off the flame, take out the tray. Keep the cookies on wire stand for completely cooling down. Once cooled down, keep in airtight container for future consumption.
