- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease rectangular baking dish.
- Mix baking mix, milk, & eggs until batter is uniform in color (batter will be lumpy). Stir in pepperoni, 1 cup cheese, oregano, basil, & garlic powder. Could add onions & Green pepper if you like. Spread evenly in baking dish. Bake until top is light brown, about 30 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce on top. Then sprinkle with mushrooms & remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake just until cheese is melted, about 2-4 minutes.
