- Remove the skin of raw banana and cut into pieces. Take a pressure cooker and add some water and then add bananas along with turmeric powder and salt.Close the lid and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
- Once the bananas are cooked add the curd to the boiling gravy.
- Take a mixer and add coconut, cumin seeds,green chilli and make a fine paste.Add the paste to the boiling gravy and mix well.keep it on low flame for 2 min and switch it off.
- Take a pan and heat oil add the mustard seed, red chillies and curry leaves.Pour the tadka to the gravy and serve hot.
- Note:You can add 2 pinch of roasted fenugreek powder to the gravy to enhance the taste.
