- Optional: because I was using a toaster, I was a bit scared that it would not cook all the way through so i decide to bake my cheesecakes in a water bath. I got a bigger pan and filled it with hot water and place my pans with the cheesecake inside to bake.
- Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour orbuntil your cake is set. You will know this by taking it out and if u shake it a little it would have a little movement.
- Take it out and allow it to cool.
- Next step is to make the caramel sauce. First melt the butter and add the sugar. When the sugar begins to caramalize add heavy cream and stir. It should have a nice golden brown colour.
- In a glass bowl add the remaining snickers and caramel sauce. Combine and pour over the cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for 4~5hours. Take out and then serve.
