- Warm a cup of milk,add sugar and yeast, stirr well. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes till it becomes Frothy.

- Now take a circular baking dish and grease with olive oil. Place one dough base onto your baking dish and spread butter spread onto it.. apply ample amount of shredded cheese of your choice. Now place second base on this layer. Repeat buttering and chhese layering. Place the third base on this. Seal the boundaries by pressing with fingers.
- Now place a small bowl in the centre. Cut the base into 16 parts from the edges of your bowl. Now twist each part and place on it's own place as twisted shown in figure
- Give Olive oil or milk wash and bake in preheated oven at 220°c for 20 minutes.
