- Grind oats to make powder and take 1/2 cup.
- Mix all three flours, oil, sali,sugar and bind to get bread like crumble.
- Now add curd, baking powder and soda. Maka a dough by adding lukewarm water.
- Knead for 5 to 6 minutes till you get a soft dough.
- Brush the outer part of the dough with butter to prevent the hardness.
- Cover with wet kitchen towel and rest the dough for 2 hours to rise.
- In another plate mix cheese, minced garlic, coriander and mint leaves with salt.
- After 2 hours maka 5 or 6 balls from the dough.
- Make doud and small roties keep the cheese stuffing.
- Roll into oval or round naan. Press some stuffings on upper part of naan.
- Heat the tawa in high flame and then bring down to low.
- Cook the Naan on sides till you find bubbles. Spread butter generously on both the sides.
