  2. Take 16 Pillsbury biscuits (which ever flavor you prefer)

  5. After eggs are set, top with cheese and place back in oven for a few minutes. Just until cheese is melted.
  6. While eggs are baking, slice your biscuits in half.
  7. Place one egg "muffin" on each biscuit and press down.
  8. These can be frozen and reheated later. Place one sandwich in a paper towel, in the microwave. If frozen, defrost at 30% power for 1min 30sec. Then cook on high for 1min.
