- In a wok add tamrind water and all the ingredients black salt red chilli powder cumin powder ginger powder and jaggery let it simmer till bit thick consistency open the lid of cooker take out corn pressing them with hand squeeze the water and add them to wok of tamrind paste saute it on low flame for few minutes till tamrind cote the corn before finish it add butter and serve hot
