  1. Cut in half corn out of two whole corns make 4 pieces
  2. In a pressure cooker add enough water so the corns dip nicely add salt turmeric and half tsp red chilli powder
  3. Cover the lid give two whistle and for 3_4 minutes on low flame
  4. Mean while make the tangy sonth (chattni) not very thick
  5. In a wok add tamrind water and all the ingredients black salt red chilli powder cumin powder ginger powder and jaggery let it simmer till bit thick consistency open the lid of cooker take out corn pressing them with hand squeeze the water and add them to wok of tamrind paste saute it on low flame for few minutes till tamrind cote the corn before finish it add butter and serve hot
