  6. In a bowl, add condensed milk and whipping cream. It's best to use whipping cream while making ice-creams, this will give ice-creams rich creamy texture like store brought
  7. Blend well to form smooth peaks
  8. Add prepared custard and blend well
  9. Add mashed bananas and blend well to form smooth peaks'
  10. Grind digestive biscuits to fine crumbs and keep it aside
  11. Pour the prepared icecream in chilled container and level evenly
  12. Place sliced bananas on top
  13. Sprinkle digestive crumbs generously on top
  14. Cover with cling wrap and close tightly with lid. Freeze for 6-7 hours
  15. Take the ice-cream out, thaw for 3-4 minutes, scoop out the ice-cream in serving bowls
  16. Serve cold

I usually make my ice cream with just cream and half and half, and don't bother making a custard with eggs. Make ice cream layer: In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in pudding mix, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, crushed Nilla wafers, and about two-thirds of the bananas. Assemble cake: Add one cake layer to your serving platter.
