- Wash your hand say bismiAllah and daroud shareef
- Wash paye very well
- Then take a pressure cooker add water,paye,onions, garlic, tomatoes,green chilli and cook on high medium flame untill done with one whistle
- Now at this time add 2tbls oil,salt,garam masala,haldi,red chilli, and cook it untill oil reduce now add paye and cook it for 10m
- After that add water untill all paye are covered with water and keep on low flame for 2 hours while this time check on it
- After that when you check if all done then remove it from flame
- Garnished it with coriander and garam masala powder and serve it with naan
