- Get 1 Pkg. Frozen Hash Browns
- Prepare 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- Get 1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- Prepare 1 1/2 Cups Sour Cream
- Prepare 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (of your choice)
- Take 16 Oz. Pkg. Of Diced Ham
- Prepare 1 tsp. Bacon Grease (OPTIONAL)

In a saucepan, bring potatoes and water to a boil.

- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the Hash Browns and a handful of Diced Ham
- Grease a 9x9 baking dish with bacon grease.
- Layer 1/2 the bag of Hash Browns at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Cover the Hash Browns with your mixture.
- Layer the remaining Hash Brown on top of your mixture, then top with your handful of Diced Ham.
- Bake for 1 hr. Broil on low for the last 5 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in potatoes, ham and cheese. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked casseroles. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Combine potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, ham, and water/broth in stockpot and bring to boil.
