  1. Add 1 tsp sugar into warm water and stir well. Add yeast into it and keep covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine wheat flour, salt, chilli flakes and oregano. Add the yeast mixture and knead well. Add water if required and knead well. Brush some oil on the top of dough, keep coverd and keep it aside for 2 hours.
  3. Combine butter, garlic paste and chopped coriander.Keep it aside.
  4. After 2 hours knead the dough again and roll it like a pizza base.
  5. Take a pizza plate and place the bread. Apply butter mixture all over. Put mozzarella cheese and boiled sweet corn one side of the bread. Apply some water on edges and fold the bread.
  6. Mark sections on bread. Brush some butter mixture on the top. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.
  7. Pre heat the oven at 200°C and then bake it for 12 mints. Or you can even bake it in stove top for 15 mints (until it is done) in medium flame.
