- Using a kitchen towel dry the first batch of potatoes you want to put in the oil
- Carefully put the dried potatoes and allow them to cook to your satisfaction
- Once ready remove carefully from the oil and put on an oil drainer to drain excess oil
- On a clean plate put your bugger and serve with fries and either add ketchup and chilli on the side or on the fries
