  2. Mix all your ingredients together I warm the butter in the microwave before adding to the bowl and I like to use 10% cream instead of milk
  3. Fill shells 2/3 of the way and put in a hot oven 450°F for 8 min then reduce to 350 for another 10-12 your done!! Enjoy!!

A few minutes after removing the tarts from the oven, run a knife or offset spatula around the edge of each tart to loosen. Let cool completely in the tin.
