  1. Incorporate all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed for 4 or 5 minutes.
  2. Place tart shells on cookie sheet. Approx. 14 to 16. Spoon mixture into shells. About 3/4 full.
  3. Set oven at 400°F. Cook for 15 min or until shell edges are brown. Remove and Enjoy when cool enough.

To remove, run a butter knife or offset spatula around and under each tart to pop it out of the tin. Place them in an airtight container. With these tarts you get a bunch of flavor and texture. Rich and gooey filling with a crunchy crust on top. Butter tarts are the only thing I ever made where the crust came out good, even though same one I used for pie crust.
