  1. Make ready 4 large boiled potatoes
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup green peas
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp finely chopped corainder leaves
  4. Make ready 1/4 cup grated carrots
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup chopped onions
  7. Make ready 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Cornflour
  9. Get 2/3 cup gram flour
  10. Prepare 2 green chillies (chopped)
  11. Make ready 1 tsp grated ginger
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  13. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  14. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice
  15. Get salt
  16. Make ready 1 Oil as required
Steps to make Veggie Tikki:
  1. Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.
  2. Boil peas in hot water for 5 minutes.Drain water and transfer them to a small bowl.coarsely crush the peas.
  3. Add crushed peas,sweet corn,onion,carrots,tomatoes,corn flour,grated ginger,corainder leaves,green chillies,garam masala,red chilli powder,lemon juice & salt.
  4. Mix them to prepare a dough mixture.Prepare 12 small sized balls from it.Take one ball & gently press it between your palms and make a round-shaped 1/2-inch thick tikki.Repeat it for the other balls.
  5. Coat the tikkis with gram flour.
  6. Heat non-stick Pan.Drizzle 2-3/3-4(according to your preference) teaspoons of oil over it.Put 2-3/3-4 tikkis over oil and cook until bottom surface turn golden brown(shallow fry).
  7. Flip each tikki upside down,put some oil around its edge & cook until second side also turns golden brown.
  8. Repeat the steps 6 & 7 for other tikkis as well.Serve them hot with tomato ketchup or you can use them as patties inside burgers.
