- Sprinkle more flour and press gently using your hands, do not press. Use a rolling pin to level the dough out.
- Using a round cookie cutter, divide the dough
- Gently lift the round dough pieces and arrange them on a greased oven tray
- Brush some egg wash over them and sprinkle the rest of the grated coconut evenly
- Bake them until golden brown, at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
- Serve
